Tonya’s professional practice experience includes over 22 years in child welfare in Georgia, providing services to at-risk, homeless and foster youth. She has 8 years of teaching BSW and MSW within the University of Georgia system. She currently serves as the Executive Director of a nonprofit in the Atlanta area that services foster youth.
